Two men have been taken into custody following the seizure of a firearm and ammunition by the police on Skibo Avenue, St Andrew, on Monday.
Reports from the St Andrew Central police are that about 10:25 p.m., lawmen were summoned to the area after a report of a robbery was made.
It is reported that upon the arrival of the officers, two males fitting the description of the robbers were seen.
They were accosted, searched and a .38 Smith and Wesson revolver with four .38 cartridges were seized.
