Investigators from the St Catherine North Police Division were called to McGregor Lane, off Old Harbour Road, St Catherine, last night, after gunmen invaded the community and fired shots hitting four persons, three of whom are believed to be seriously injured.
Reports are that the men were in a section of the community at about 8:30 p.m., when gunmen attacked them.
Unofficial reports are that one of the men has died.
The man has not yet been identified, how-ever, it is said that police personnel have plans to visit the area and are now hoping to find answers as to why the incident occurred.
