The police last night ascertained the identity of the other man killed in a shooting incident along a section of Molynes Road in St Andrew on Saturday night.
He has been identified as 46-year-old Delroy Thompson of a Candlelight Crescent, Kingston 19, address. The other deceased was previously identified as 37-year-old Ralston Daley of a Stratton Road, Kingston 19, address.
Reports from the police's Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) are that on Saturday, approximately 11:20 p.m., armed men aboard a motor vehicle opened fire on a group of four persons at a shop. Daley and Thompson died on the spot.
The two other persons were shot and injured and were reportedly taken to hospital for treatment. Investigators said they were still admitted up to late yesterday. No motive has yet been established for the attack. Investigations continue.
