A policeman who reportedly had a dispute with a prostitute after purchasing sex from her has been taken in custody.
It is reported that the constable, who is from the St Catherine North Division, went to the Port Henderson Road hip strip, more popularly known as 'Back Road'. He reportedly met a prostitute and negotiated for her services.
Argument
It is said that the package was settled at and they went to a room. When the action was over the policeman is said to have given the woman the agreed amount. However, an argument developed during which he reportedly physically assaulted her.
A subsequent report was made and the suspect was arrested by his colleagues.
