A song titled, Them a Gwan Like God Nuh Love ... , released by upcoming artiste David Sagitarr, has created quite a buzz online, with some declaring that the song is not only disrespectful to God, but also blasphemous.

The artiste begins the song stating, "Seh me nuh like how dem a deal wid di ting, dem naa keep it real wid the King and mek mi a tell u dis now."

Throughout the almost two minute-long song, done to the tune of a fork hitting a bucket, the artiste deejays eloquently explicit sexual content that speaks highly of God's alleged sexual prowess.

"God up inna Heaven and a kiss off di lip, God a feel up the .... and him a play wid di ..." And, "How dem a gwan like God nuh gethorny," are some of the raunchy lyrics that can be heard in the song.

The 27-year-old who hails from Palmer's Cross in May Pen, Clarendon, told THE STAR that inspiration behind the song is creation.

everything multiply

"Creation was the inspiration behind the song. When you look at life and how everything multiply on earth through sex, the Most High tell you seh him create us in His own likeness and image. So God must have some of our ways," he explained.

In response to those listeners who are labelling the song as blasphemous, Sagitarr stated, "some people are saying it's blasphemous, but it can't be because God encouraged man to have sex and a father wouldn't encourage his kid to do something he has never done or experienced, that would be a misleading daddy."

The artiste also told THE STAR that he is encouraging listeners to "look at life with an open mind."

Sagitarr is signed to Daseca Productions and has released singles such as One Draw, Child Molester and Shubb Dem.
