The Crown is alleging that sometime in 2006, the accused and a Chelsea McKoy applied jointly for a mortgage. The NHT informed Taylor that he and McKoy should attend the office in St Catherine.

Taylor visited the NHT with Deleon, purporting that she was Chelsea McKoy, however, while conducting the transaction, the loans officer became aware that the photograph of McKoy on the file was different from who she had seated before her.

Taylor and Deleon are to return to court on February 11 next year.
