Detectives from the Kingston and St Andrew Major Investigation Task Force (KSA MIT) are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the body of a man who was found in the Sandy Gully, Kingston, on Thursday, May 1.
The body is of brown complexion, slim build, and is about 175 centimetres (5 feet 9 inches) long. It was clad in a white merino, a pair of blue jeans, and a pair of blue and white Converse sneakers.

The body, believed to be in its 30s, has tattoos behind both ears. The tattoo behind the left ear bears the letters O.J. There is also a tattoo on the back of the hand, pierced ears with a loop earring in the left ear, and plaited hair.
Reports from the KSA MIT are that at about 8:00 a.m., citizens found the body in the Sandy Gully in the vicinity of Washington Boulevard, Kingston 20, and summoned the police.
Anyone who might be able to assist in identifying the body is being asked to contact the KSA MIT at 922-5344, the Police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
