No bail for Bucknor triple murder suspect

The man accused of carrying out a triple murder in Bucknor, Clarendon, was again remanded when he appeared in the May Pen Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

Jason McLeod, of a Clarendon address, was before Resident Magistrate Evan Brown on charges of murder as well as illegal possession of arm and ammunition. He will return to court next Monday.

In remanding McLeod, RM Brown said he must remain in custody until next Monday, where he will be brought to court for a preliminary hearing.

McLeod was arrested following last November's triple murder in Bucknor, May Pen, Clarendon. He is charged with the gun slaying of 44-year-old fish vendor, Kareen Brown and her two sons, Sean and Shavian Mitchell, in an early morning attack on the family's Bailey Avenue home in May Pen.
