Detectives from the Centre of Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse are seeking the public's assistance in locating a witness in a case that is before the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court.
She is 23-year-old Tifane Donaldson, whose last known address is Faith Avenue, Windsor Heights, Central Village, St. Catherine. She frequents the Old Harbour and Bull Bay areas. Donaldson is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
Donaldson or anyone knowing her whereabouts is being asked to contact the Portmore CISOCA at 949-8399, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
