The family of 60-year-old Garnett Davis is desperately seeking to find him after he wandered from his home in August Town, St Andrew, on November 6.
Davis is said to be of unsound mind and immediately needs to be medicated, one of his nieces said.
"Every month we have to take him to get his shots. He normally wanders off. The last time he did, he was missing for a week. The last time he did, I found him in Cross Roads bundled up and lying down beside madmen. It's been nearly a month and we [family] are really worried," she said.
Davis is described as being five feet, six inches tall, slim build and about 120 pounds. He is also said to be non-violent.
His niece reported that Davis is known to go to the National Commercial Bank every Wednesday in Half-Way Tree to conduct business. He is also known to frequent Liguanea and Cross Roads areas.
A policeman at the August Town Police Station confirmed that a missing person report was filed shortly before 12 p.m. on November 9.
