Laughter could be heard in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday when a woman, who was fined, revealed that she came to tussle with another woman over an oral sex argument.

The Crown alleged that the accused, Tracey-Ann Graham, charged with unlawful wounding, broke a bottle and used it to cut the complainant in her head following an argument.

"Me and her was friend, she get involve with mi babyfather and do oral sex," Graham remarked.

Subsequently, the court heard that things turned physical when the complainant allegedly started to hurl stones at Graham. The accused explained that despite being able to dodge the stones, it is believed that the bottle was broken and used to cut the complainant thereafter.

"It didn't lick mi. It lick mi boyfriend, mi second boyfriend," Graham explained.

Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey ordered the accused to pay a fine of $15,000 or serve six months in prison. A fingerprint order was also made.
