Another of the men who escaped from the Spanish Town Police lock-up in St Catherine is now back in police custody.
Zenas Jemmison, 25, of Frasers Content in the parish turned himself in yesterday in the company of his attorney, Carolyn Chuck.
Chuck says the police are to charge her client in short order in relation to the jailbreak.
Jemmison was in custody on charges of robbery with aggravation and illegal possession of a firearm and is before the Gun Court.
Jemmison, along with three other men, allegedly escaped from the Spanish Town Police lock-up by cutting the grille to the cell on the night of September 10.
Another man, 25-year-old Kevin Johnson, was recaptured by the police hours later in Kingston.
André Knight of March Pen Road, who is charged with murder, and Rushane Fedrick of Frasers Content, who is charged with illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition, remain on the run.
