The Inter-School Disciplinary Brigade (ISDB) has teamed up with the Jamaica Association of Persons with Disabilities (JAPD) to take on a community project at Jamaica only housing facility for disabled persons - Cheshire Village in eastern St Andrew.
This newly reformed youth organisation and the recently established JAPD will clean up a number of premises at the community tomorrow.
According to head of the ISDB, Colonel Anthony Henry, the ISDB, which is a school and community-based uniform organisation, will be carrying out its first of many community projects.
"The ISDB as its name suggests is set up to instil discipline, the value of hard work and a sense of community development in young persons. We saw this as an opportunity to carry out the mandate of the brigade," Henry said.
