A man accused of assaulting his wife had his bail extended when he appeared before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
Charged with assault occasioning bodily harm is Rudolph Wilson, who pleaded not guilty.
"Both of you still together?" Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey asked the complainant.
"I moved out," she replied

"My friend, let me tell you something. They say the first five years is the hardest," RM Pusey said.
"I really married her to help her out, Your Honour," Wilson replied.
"Massa, stop yuh noise. You can't say that about your wife, the mother of your child!" RM Pusey reproved.
