Accused robbers offered $30,000 bond

Two men accused of robbing a complainant of $1000 were offered bail in the sum of $30,000 each with surety in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Friday.

Charged with robbery with aggravation are Jermaine Howe and Samuel Campbell.

The Crown alleges that the complainant was walking along West Kings House Road when he was approached by three men unknown to him. The men are alleged to have held onto the complainant and robbed him of his money.

It was revealed in court that the men threatened they would have shot the complainant.

Both accused denied any involvement in robbing the complainant and were offered bail. They are to return to court on March 17.
