Cops search for Bucknor gang members

André Williams, STAR Writer

The Clarendon police are in search of members of the deadly Bucknor gang, operating in the parish, after yesterday morning's deadly attack in New Longville that left a man and his mother dead.

Information reaching our news team is that 50-year-old Hilda Shand and her 23-year-old son Christopher Rowe had their lives snuffed out after gunmen invaded their home and opened fire on the two.

The May Pen police are now seeking Keithron Latty, otherwise called 'Banga', of Bucknor; 'Bulbie' of Baileys Avenue; and 'Natty Chris' of Ackee Walk, all in May Pen.

They are asked to report to the police immediately.

According to the police, shortly after midnight, the men invaded the house and demanded that Rowe tell them the whereabouts of firearms he was said to be hiding.

It is believed that Rowe was the intended target.

The police are appealing to anyone with information to contact the May Pen Criminal Investigation Branch, the police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
