removed from store
The court heard that on March 20, telecommunications company LIME reported that a white Samsung Galaxy, believed to be valued at $84,000, was removed from a LIME store in Sovereign Centre.
In court, Allen told Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey that a lady from August Town gave him the phone to sell, but that he did not know where she is.
An outstanding statement from LIME is required by the court. The matter was subsequently set for mention on May 21.
